Using wffir

wffir helps you discover flyers, offers, and products from stores near you, and lets you organise your shopping with favourites and shopping lists. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use wffir.

Your account

• Provide accurate information when you create an account, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• If you sign in with Google, your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google’s terms.

Offers and prices

Flyers, offers, prices, and product details on wffir are provided by retailers and merchants. We work to keep them accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every offer is correct, available, or still valid in a particular store.

wffir is not a seller. Any purchase you make is between you and the store, under that store’s own terms and prices. Please confirm prices and availability with the store before buying.

Shopping lists and content you share

You are responsible for the lists, items, comments, and other content you create on wffir. When you share a list, the people you invite can see and, depending on their access, edit it. A list you make public can be viewed by anyone with its link.

You keep ownership of your content. You give wffir permission to store, display, and sync it as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with.

Acceptable use

• Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not scrape, copy, or collect data from wffir by automated means without our permission.
• Do not try to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ accounts.
• Do not impersonate another person, store, or brand.

Intellectual property

The wffir app, website, and design are owned by wffir. Retailer names, logos, flyers, and product images belong to their respective owners and are shown to help you find their offers.

Suspension and deletion

You can stop using wffir and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.

Disclaimer and liability

wffir is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate offers, store decisions, or interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. By using wffir, you also agree to that policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be highlighted in the app. Continuing to use wffir after a change means you accept the updated terms.
